Hey friends,

Last year, when I launched Project C and Lex Roman launched Journalists Pay Themselves, it was because we both saw more and more journalists stepping off the traditional path — starting newsletters, YouTube and TikTok channels, podcasts, blogs — but doing it in isolation.

And while there’s freedom in going independent, there’s also a real need for support, solidarity and shared resources that help us all move to the next level. That was part of the impetus behind the launch of the six-week Going Solo workshop earlier this year – and we’ve already seen dozens of journalists benefit from connecting with us and each other.
